Dave Susla

Dave Susla has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Dave started their career in 1995 as a Sales Team Lead at Unilever (Chesebrough-Ponds USA). Dave then joined Unilever in 1998 and held various leadership roles, including Director of Sales for Target, SUPERVALU, Meijer, Walgreens, and Kmart. After their tenure at Unilever, Dave became the Executive Vice President - Managing Member at RDC Development, where they led a condominium project and managed a 30-member staff. Dave later joined Sun Products Corporation as the Director of Sales, overseeing mass and drug sales and customer development. Dave then worked as the SVP Customer Development at Schwan's Consumer Brands, responsible for sales results and customer performance in North America. Currently, Dave is serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at United Sugar Producers and Refiners Cooperative. Overall, Dave has demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, customer development, and leadership throughout their career.
