Lauren W.

Lauren W. has been employed in the professional world since 2011. Lauren began their career as a Systems Coordinator and Financial Aid and Scholarship Counselor at Murray State University. In 2016, they joined Industrial Training Services Inc as a Business Analyst and Client Engagement Specialist. In their role as Business Analyst, they worked with the Product/Project team to prioritize support and enhancement requests, engaged with clients to understand changing industry needs and best practices, and evaluated new projects by analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, recommending solutions, and identifying risks/opportunities. As a Client Engagement Specialist, they provided training and technical support for clients, identified and defined the benefits of the company's product to best align with the needs of their individual companies, and facilitated change management discussions with clients' operational teams to help them drive adoption of the solution. Most recently, Lauren W. joined United Systems & Software, Inc. in 2021 as a Support Specialist/Project Manager.

Lauren W. began their educational journey in 2006 when they earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Murray State University. Lauren continued their studies at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science in Human Development and Leadership in 2015.
