Jamie Leeming has a diverse work experience in the music and entertainment industry. They started their career as a Marketing Executive at Sennheiser, where they were responsible for website development, online marketing content, and co-branding opportunities. They then moved on to Universal Music Group, where they worked as an eCRM Consumer Marketing Executive, supporting D2C communications for various record labels and analyzing post-campaign activities. At Capitol Records, Jamie served as a Digital Campaign Assistant and later as a Digital Marketing Coordinator, developing and executing innovative digital campaigns, creating social strategies for artists, and monitoring online metrics. Jamie's most recent role is at United Talent Agency, where they started as a Talent Agent for UTA IQ, using insights platforms to identify growth opportunities and provide digital strategy training for high-profile entertainment clients. They then transitioned to the role of Client Strategy Agent, building and deploying custom tools to identify emerging talent and elevate deal terms for various verticals. Following this, from 2010 to 2013, Jamie attended Buckinghamshire New University, obtaining a 1st Class Honours Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Music Management. In 2012, they briefly studied Music Business at the University of Miami. Additionally, in August 2017, Jamie obtained a certification in Content Strategy from YouTube, becoming YouTube Certified.
