Janelle L. Bristol has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

Janelle L. began their career as a Speech Therapist at the NYC Department of Education from April 2003 to September 2007.

In 2008, Janelle joined Waste2Energy as a Corporate Manager, where they stayed until June 2010.

From April 2011 to April 2014, Janelle worked as a Senior Technology Trainer at OATS Older Adults Technology Services, focusing on bridging the digital divide among older adults in New York City through various technology classes.

Janelle joined The New York Public Library in June 2014 and held multiple roles during their tenure. Initially, they served as a Technology Instructor, Team Lead, and Curriculum Designer until April 2019. Later, they took on the role of Technology Program Specialist from November 2018 to April 2019, spearheading the growth of the tech education division through initiatives like the TechMentor program.

Currently, Janelle is working at United Talent Agency since April 2019. Janelle L. started as a Technical Trainer and recently transitioned to the role of Project Manager, Information Technology in May 2021.

Janelle L. Bristol, CSM has a diverse education history. Janelle L. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders, General from Hampton University. Following that, they pursued a Certification in Instructional Design with e-Learning Technology Focus from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education. Later, they attended Baruch College where they earned a Certificate in Project Management. In addition to these academic achievements, Janelle also obtained additional certifications, including a Certificate in Project Management from Baruch College - Continuing and Professional Studies (CAPS), an E-Learning Instructional Design Certificate from the University of California, Irvine Division of Continuing Education, and the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) designation from Scrum Alliance.
