Jen M.

Jen M. has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Jen began their career as a Conference Assistant at Holyrood Events in 2007. Jen then worked as a Venue Dresser & Administrator at Silver Events, where they handled venue dressing, administration tasks, and represented the company at promotional events.

In 2008, Jen joined Club 18-30 as an Office Administrator, where they handled general administration duties and supported resort operations. Jen then moved to Hotel Du Vin as a Receptionist, where they managed reservations, sales, and provided excellent customer service.

Jen returned to Club 18-30 in 2010, this time as an Office Supervisor. In this role, they supervised the office operations, managed administrative staff, and handled financial accounts and payroll. Jen also provided support for resort operations.

In 2011, Jen became an Events Coordinator at The Big Reunion, where they oversaw event planning, logistics, recruitment, and quality assurance. Jen also prepared flight and travel itineraries.

From 2014 to 2015, Jen worked at The Hospital Club as an Event Manager. Jen managed multiple events, including art exhibitions, live music performances, product launches, and private receptions. Jen was also involved in project management and coaching junior team members.

In 2015, Jen joined Ministry of Sound as an Event Logistics Manager. Jen'sresponsibilities included liaising with DJs, promoters, and production companies to ensure smooth event execution. Jen also handled travel arrangements and developed event itineraries.

In 2017, Jen joined Echo Location Talent Agency Limited as a Personal Assistant / Operations Manager. Jen carried out strategic reviews, implemented efficient practices, managed HR recruitment, and presented recommendations to the C-Suite. The company was later acquired by United Talent Agency, where Jen continued their role as an Operations Manager until the present.
