Justin Reyes, MBA, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Justin currently serves as the Vice President - Inclusion at United Talent Agency. Previously, they worked as an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Gabelli School of Business.

Before that, Justin held senior positions at Major League Baseball, where they were the Vice President of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing the organization's diversity strategy and initiatives.

Justin also served as the Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at Omnicom Media Group and as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at both Omnicom and Prudential Financial.

Earlier in their career, Justin was the Managing Director at the Council of Urban Professionals and an Assistant Vice President at Credit Suisse. At Credit Suisse, they were involved in developing and implementing diversity strategies, managing employee networks, and providing budget and planning support.

Justin has a strong academic background, including an MBA and certifications in human resources management. Justin is a skilled leader and strategist, with a proven track record of driving organizational change and promoting diversity and inclusion.

Justin Reyes, MBA, SHRM-SCP has an extensive education history. Justin completed their Advanced Management Program (AMP) at Babson College in 2019. From 2003 to 2006, Justin earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Fordham Gabelli School of Business, with a dual concentration in Finance and Management. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Economics from Binghamton University in 1998. Justin also attended SUNY Oneonta from 1994 to 1996 to study Economics. Justin completed their high school education at Fordham Preparatory School, earning a High School Diploma.

In addition to their formal education, Justin has acquired several certifications. Justin obtained the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM in July 2023. In November 2015, they received certifications in Emotional and Social Competency Inventory, Inventory of Leadership Styles, and Organizational Climate from the Hay Group. Furthermore, Justin holds the following securities certifications: Series 7 - General Securities Representative, Series 55 - Equity Trader Limited Representative, and Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent, which they obtained from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in May 2003 and January 2003, respectively.
