Waliyu O.

Waliyu O. has extensive experience in credit control and accounting assistant roles. Waliyu started their career in 2009 at PPL as a Credit Controller, where they provided excellent customer service, made outbound calls to chase overdue invoices, and assisted with customer queries. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at PRS for Music as a Credit Controller, where they continued to minimize bad debts, build strong relationships with licensees, and keep records of receivable funds. In 2017, they joined Hays as a Senior Credit Controller, working on behalf of various companies on a temporary basis. Waliyu minimized bad and aged debt by contacting customers and provided excellent customer service. In 2020, they joined BS Social Care as a Credit Controller, responsible for providing excellent customer service, contacting customers to pay invoices, and assisting with queries. Most recently, in 2021, they joined United Talent Agency as an Accounting Assistant.

Waliyu O. received a Bachelor's Degree in BSC Joint Degree in Business Event Management & Music Technology from London Metropolitan University in 2004. Waliyu then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Music Industry Management and Artist Development from the University of West London in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in both degrees.
