Maria Gyrych

Maria Gyrych is an accomplished leader in client success and account management with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Client Success Team Leader at United Tech since May 2023, Maria has effectively established the Customer Success function, leading to a significant revenue increase of over 64% in Q2 2024 and a 63% improvement in NPS within six months. Prior to this role, Maria held several key positions at MGID Inc., including Head of Account Management, where leadership encompassed global responsibilities, and Client Success Manager, focused on onboarding and training initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role at FOSA as a Customer Support Representative, which laid the foundation for skills in client interaction and support.
