Pamela Clegg

Pamela C. serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer at United Texas Bank Dallas, focusing on compliance and regulatory obligations for the bank’s global digital platform tailored to international banking needs. Additionally, Pamela is the founder of Dexter Ventures LLC and a member of the Association for Women in Cryptocurrency, which promotes education and opportunities for women in cryptocurrency and related technologies. Previous experience includes roles as Vice President of Crypto Investigations and Risk, and Vice President of Financial Investigations at CipherTrace, where Pamela was instrumental in developing blockchain analytics and compliance solutions.
