Samantha Jill Olinger

Samantha Jill Olinger, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PRC, CDR, CSMR, is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in recruitment and employer branding. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at United Therapeutics Corporation since March 2021, Samantha is responsible for full life cycle recruitment and enhancing the company's employer brand. Prior to this role, Samantha held various positions at PRA Health Sciences from February 2013 to March 2021, including Senior Corporate Recruiter, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for executive and scientific roles, and as a Social Media Manager, where significant growth in engagement and followers was achieved. Earlier experience includes roles at IBM Smarter Workforce and Aerotek, focusing on strategic sourcing and human resources support. Samantha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Painting from Purchase College, SUNY.
