Roseann Defranco

RoseAnn DeFranco, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Executive Administrator & Office Manager at Ascendis Pharma since March 2024. Previously, RoseAnn had a 24-year progressive career at Guidehouse, formerly Navigant Consulting, culminating in the role of Associate Director of Administrative Services, where support was provided to C-Suite Executives. RoseAnn holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications and Theatre from Ithaca College.
