Rachel L. C.

Rachel L. C. currently serves as Deputy Chief of Staff at United to Learn, where responsibilities include managing special projects and promoting inter-departmental collaboration. Previously, Rachel held the position of Director of Strategic Initiatives & Talent at the Principal Impact Collaborative at UNT Dallas, overseeing recruitment and alumni programming. Additional roles include being a 2022 Civic Voices Fellow with Leadership ISD and serving in various capacities within Teach For America, including Recruitment Manager and 4th Grade Teacher. Rachel's educational background includes a B.A. in Political Science from Arizona State University and a Master's in Education from Loyola University Chicago.
