Michael Eagan

Michael Eagan has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael began their career at the Youth Performing Arts School in 1982, where they worked as a Resident Designer/Technology Coordinator. In this role, they trained students in production arts, created visual designs for productions, coordinated production elements, designed and maintained costumes, and supervised student production crews.

In 1999, Michael joined the New Horizons Computer Learning Center as an Applications Instructor. Their responsibilities included training professionals in various software applications, rewriting and redesigning curriculum for custom classes, and conducting client training sessions. Michael also traveled to client onsite locations to manage equipment setups.

Michael's journey at New Horizons continued in 2010 when they became the OLL Operations Coordinator. In this position, they oversaw operations coordination and management for online-live classes. Michael held this role until 2020, during which they simultaneously served as a Trainer from 2010 to 2014, conducting training sessions for clients.

Following their time at New Horizons, Michael joined Focal Point Learning in 2020 as an Operations Coordinator. Michael held this position until 2021, when they transitioned to their current role as an Operations Coordinator at United Training.

Throughout their career, Michael has showcased their expertise in operations coordination, training, curriculum development, and production arts.

Michael Eagan received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they studied from 1971 to 1975. Michael then pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Design at Utah State University from 1977 to 1979. In addition to their formal education, Michael has obtained certifications in MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) and MOS (Microsoft Office Specialist) from Microsoft.
