Valerie Taylor

Valerie Taylor has a diverse work experience in the field of training and instruction. Valerie currently works at United Training as a Business Skills and Applications Instructor since June 2021. Prior to this, Valerie worked at New Horizons of East Tennessee from May 2013 to January 2021, where they held the position of an Award Winning, Master Certified Microsoft Office and Business Skills Trainer. Valerie also has experience working at New Horizons Computer Learning Center of East Tennessee as an Instructor since July 2012. Valerie has expertise in Microsoft Office and Leadership Development training and is internationally recognized for their skills as a trainer. Valerie has also held positions in management, marketing, public relations, and sales, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Valerie Taylor obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business-Marketing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, between the years of 1979 and 1983.
