Clare Butland

Clare Butland, Assoc.CIPD, currently serves as the Senior Learning & Development Manager at United Trust Bank Limited since June 2023. Previously, Clare held the position of Global Talent Development Officer at Open Society Foundations from February 2021 to June 2023. Prior experiences include various roles at Stantec, such as Head of Talent & Engagement and Head of Learning and Development, along with positions like HR Change Manager at Grosvenor Group and Graduate Programme Manager at HSBC. Clare began a career in talent development at Be Wiser Insurance and held leadership roles at Barclays and Hampshire County Council. Clare holds a Master's degree - PG Cert in Psychology and Organisation Development from Middlesex University and is pursuing another Master's degree - PG Cert in Workplace Psychology at the University of Aberdeen, along with multiple CIPD qualifications focused on employee engagement.
