Dr Dominic Cook

Dr. Dominic Cook is an accomplished professional in the water engineering sector with extensive experience in various roles across several prominent companies. Currently serving as the Water Network Technical Manager at United Utilities since December 2024, Dr. Cook previously held the position of Head of Business Development at WRc Group and led a team at Severn Trent as the Network Water Quality and Customer Lead, where significant contributions included the design of a trunk main conditioning process. Dr. Cook also served as Network Planning Engineer at Yorkshire Water, playing a key role in asset management and risk training programs. Prior to their industry roles, Dr. Cook was the Managing Director of Effundo, a consultancy focused on discolouration issues in drinking water distribution, and a Principal Consultant at Mouchel.
