Chief Strategic Planner (water)

Sam Fox is a seasoned professional in the water resources sector, currently serving as Chief Strategic Planner at United Utilities since September 2015, where responsibilities include leading technical and strategic teams on Water Resources, National Water Trading, and asset management. Prior roles include Head of Integrated Network Strategy and Network Strategy and Planning Manager, where strategic direction and business plans for water and wastewater networks were developed. Since August 2021, Sam Fox has also been the UKWIR BQ3 Programme Lead, focusing on achieving zero interruptions to water supplies by 2050.
