Samantha Cliff is a seasoned professional with a strong background in crisis management and security, currently serving as the Resilience Strategy Development Manager at United Utilities since August 2022. Prior to this role, Samantha accumulated over twelve years of experience at BT, where positions included Crisis and Security Manager, Security Risk Manager, and Corporate Business Development Manager, among others.
