Simon H

Simon H has over a decade of experience in senior leadership roles at United Utilities, currently serving as Chief Environmental Officer since September 2011. In this position, Simon H is responsible for strategy, regulation, permitting, performance, technical oversight, data management, and transformation initiatives. Previous roles include Area Business Manager for Wastewater, where strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement were key, and Area Production Manager, overseeing operations across approximately 300 sites. Simon H also held positions as Asset Lifecycle Manager, Production Manager, and Project Coordinator, contributing significantly to operational planning, regulatory compliance, and environmental strategy. Additionally, Simon H was a Committee Member of the '35 Under 35' business leaders at the CBI from October 2016 to September 2018.
