Sheila Lacks

Sheila Lacks has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Sheila started their career as a Financial Analyst at Ericsson in 1998 and then held various finance-related positions at Ma/Com, NB Handy, and Bausch & Lomb. In 2008, they joined Babcock & Wilcox, where they served as both a Financial Controller and a Controller. Later, they moved on to Precision Castparts as the Group Controller for the PCC Revert Group. In 2015, they became the Senior Vice President of Finance & Corporate Services at Toshiba America Energy Systems. Sheila then worked as the Vice President of Finance at Lash Group before joining United Utility as their Chief Financial Officer in 2018.

Sheila Lacks earned a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Lynchburg from 1996 to 1999. Following that, they pursued an MBA at Virginia Tech - Pamplin College of Business, specializing in Business, which they completed from 2001 to 2004.
