Poya K. has extensive experience in leadership roles at United Way Centraide Canada, serving as Vice President of Strategy and Transformation and previously holding titles such as National Director of Movement Transformation and Program Manager. Poya began tenure at United Way Centraide Canada in 2011, initially as National Marketing Coordinator, contributing to the organization's re-branding strategies. Poya possesses a BA Honours in Political Science from Carleton University, an MBA in International Development Management from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University, and completed Executive Education in Leading Strategic Change at the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
