Chase Young

Chase Young is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in community leadership and education initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of the Education Leadership Initiative at United Way of Central Iowa since June 2013, Chase focuses on developing and implementing innovative growth strategies to enhance resource sustainability while fostering corporate partnerships. Previous roles include a High School Football Coach at Des Moines North High School from 2006 to 2016, a position within the Community Schools of Des Moines Public Schools from 2009 to 2013, and the President/Owner of Prestige Mortgage, Inc. from 2003 to 2009. Chase holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology with a Bio Medical Emphasis from the University of Northern Iowa and has foundational education from Buena Vista University and Johnston High School.
