VP, Major Gifts at United Way of Central Maryland

Jeff Pratt is the Vice President of Major Gifts at United Way of Central Maryland. Jeff has dedicated their career to community engagement and philanthropy, working extensively with faculty, staff, and retirees at Johns Hopkins University. Pratt coordinated the Johns Hopkins University United Way campaign, which raised over $1.24 million in donations, and assisted with the overall Hopkins United Way campaign, raising over $2.1 million. Pratt also established The Johns Hopkins Neighborhood Fund to assist non-profit organizations in the communities surrounding Johns Hopkins campuses. To date, over $630,000 has been pledged to provide grants in the areas of community revitalization, education, employment, health and public safety. In addition to their work with Johns Hopkins University, Pratt has also facilitated community outreach programs to raise money, awareness and involvement for Red Cross blood drives and other charitable organizations.

Jeff Pratt received their Master of Science in Human Services / Counseling from State University of New York College at Oswego. Jeff also holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from State University of New York College at Oswego, with a minor in Sociology.
