Lillian Kilroy

Lillian Kilroy is the SVP, Chief Development Officer at United Way of Central Maryland. Lillian has over 20 years of experience in marketing, communications, and business development.

Lillian started their career at Provident Bankshares Corp as the Emerging Businesses Group Manager. Lillian then became a Senior Consultant at AG Newcomb & Co. In 2009, they joined OneMain Financial as the Communications Group Director/Community Engagement Manager. After 7 years with OneMain Financial, they accepted a position as Vice President, Marketing and Business Development at APGFCU.

Lillian has a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and communications campaigns. Lillian is an expert in community engagement and has a passion for helping others. Lillian is excited to continue their work at United Way of Central Maryland and make a positive impact in the community.

Lillian Kilroy has a Bachelor of Arts in English/Journalism from Loyola Marymount University.
