Andraya Mays

Andraya Mays, MPA, has a diverse background in education and non-profit work. Andraya currently serves as the Senior Manager, Black Led Social Change at United Way of Greater Cincinnati, managing a grant program investing in Black-led initiatives. With experience in teaching, curriculum development, and program management, Andraya has a strong background in promoting equity and social justice. Andraya holds a Master of Public Administration degree with a focus on Social Justice & Public Management.
