Antonio Allen is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in community service and customer support. Currently serving as the Youth Advisory Board Coordinator at the United Way of Greater Cincinnati since May 2023, Antonio focuses on public speaking and leadership development for youth while advocating for the voice of foster youth in policy-making. With extensive experience at Anthem since 2016, notably as a Senior Broker Services Representative, Antonio has excelled in managing relationships with brokers across multiple insurance products, earning 18 awards for outstanding productivity and customer service. Prior roles include public service positions with Public Allies and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, emphasizing community engagement and support for foster youth. Antonio's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences from Johnson State College.
