Sarah Rubinstein

Sarah Rubinstein, MPP, serves as the Senior Manager for Homelessness Initiatives at United Way of Greater Los Angeles since November 2019, overseeing a $15 million Street Strategy grant portfolio and leading major initiatives to improve shelter and daytime services. Prior experience includes roles as Public Affairs Manager, where contributions included co-authoring a pivotal report influencing policy for addressing unsheltered homelessness in Los Angeles. Earlier positions include fellowships at Coro Southern California and LA County Board of Supervisors, partnerships in electoral campaigns, and coordination of educational programs. Sarah holds a Master of Public Policy from UCLA and a Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature from Goucher College.
