Lindsay Duncan

Lindsay Duncan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business analysis, volunteer engagement, and customer service. At United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County since May 2015, Lindsay has held roles including Business Analyst focusing on Process Improvement and Training, Coordinator for Volunteer Engagement, and Office Manager, contributing to the organization's mission of community improvement in Education, Financial Stability, and Health. Prior to this, Lindsay served at Rayocon dba Ben Franklin Crafts from June 1999 to May 2015, where responsibilities included managing operations as a Night and Weekend Manager and serving as a Buyer/Customer Service/Sales associate. Additionally, Lindsay worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer for the Oconomowoc Arts Center from December 2009 to December 2013, enhancing marketing efforts during the center's early years. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, Spanish, and International Studies from Cardinal Stritch University, obtained in 2006.
