Jacquelyn Miller is a seasoned professional in recruitment, training, and organizational development, currently serving as a Recruitment Consultant & Contractor at United Way of Greater Nashville since September 2024. With extensive experience in enhancing employee development and organizational performance, Jacquelyn has held key roles in various organizations, including EnCompass LLC and Greenleaf Integrative, where responsibilities involved assessing training effectiveness and supporting BHA-USAID initiatives. Previous positions include Project Manager at Moore Strategic and Director of Professional Development for the State of Tennessee’s Adult Education Division, showcasing expertise in project management, training facilitation, and strategic partnership engagement.
