Frank Janmaat

Frank Janmaat is an experienced hospitality professional with extensive expertise in hotel management and consultancy. Currently serving as a Consultant for PUM Netherlands Senior Experts since August 2018 and as Managing Director of Lighthouse Hospitality Consultancy since November 2012, Janmaat has a strong background in the international hotel industry, particularly within Myanmar. Janmaat's accomplishments include co-founding Lodgebay, a unique hotel reservation system, and holding various leadership roles such as General Manager for Thanakha Hotel, Group General Manager of Amata, and General Manager for Inya Lake Hotel. Janmaat's career spans over three decades, with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from HHS Maastricht, showcasing a commitment to hospitality innovation and cultural understanding.
