Claire Kaiser

Claire Kaiser, MSW, has extensive experience in social work and community engagement, currently serving as a System Navigator for Families in Transition and Association Director for Community Hub Schools at YMCA of Greater Boston since October 2018. Prior roles include Community School Director at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. K-8 School and Health Educator/Social Work Intern at The Door, where counseling and crisis intervention for youth was provided. Additional experiences encompass casework at Person-to-Person, administrative support at Interdistrict Discovery Magnet School, and youth programming coordination as a Massachusetts Promise Fellow and at Joseph M. Tierney Learning Center. A Master's degree in Social Work was obtained from New York University, following a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Studies from Emerson College.
