Jean Rollins

Jean Rollins, SPHR, currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at the United Way of Greater Rochester and the Finger Lakes, providing strategic leadership to foster a high-performing and inclusive team. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resource Business Partner at the University of Rochester Medical Center, where Jean contributed to HR management and organizational objectives.
