Erin Echols, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Erin began their career as a Benefits Coordinator at Bloom Marketing Group/Insurance Agency, where they handled various benefits coordination tasks and provided administrative support. Erin then moved on to Bloom Insurance Agency as a Human Resources Generalist, where they coordinated benefits for the administrative staff, organized open enrollment documents and meetings, and initiated a company wellness program.

In 2009, Erin joined the United Way of Greater Atlanta, starting as an HR Manager and later getting promoted to Senior HR Manager. During their time at United Way, they led successful transitions in benefits enrollment and implemented new HRIS and payroll systems. Erin also served as a Senior HR Manager, leading recruiting and interviewing plans for open positions and providing feedback on job descriptions.

In their most recent role at United Way, Erin served as the Director of Human Resources Operations. In this capacity, they provided HR expertise and services for employment-related issues, supported multiple regional offices, and oversaw the recruiting process, compensation, and employee benefits. Erin is currently holding the position of Associate Vice President of Human Resources at the United Way of Greater Atlanta.

Erin Echols, PHR, SHRM-CP, received their education from Shorter University and Carrollton High School. The specific degree and field of study are not provided.
