United Way of King County
Nicole Marshall currently serves as the Director of the Annual Fund at the United Way of King County, a role held since November 2021 after progressing from the Associate Director position. In 2023, Nicole was selected as a cohort member for Leadership Tomorrow's Flagship Program, collaborating with diverse leaders to tackle systemic issues in the Seattle area. Prior to this, a lengthy tenure at City Year spanned from July 2008 to November 2021, culminating in the role of Director of Development Operations, with several other positions focused on development and impact. Nicole began her career with AmeriCorps NCCC and held a project management role at KaBOOM!. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Willamette University and a certificate in Non-Profit and National Service Management from Cornell University, alongside studies at the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington.
