Karley Ausiello currently serves as the Chief Community Impact Officer at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, where strategic direction is provided for a $39 million investment in community initiatives focused on educational success and family financial opportunity. With over a decade of experience at United Way, previous roles included Vice President of Volunteer Engagement, where over 4,000 volunteers were mobilized, and Director/Senior Director of Community Impact, emphasizing youth mentoring and engagement. Prior experience includes a decade at Massachusetts Campus Compact as Associate Director, promoting service-learning and volunteerism among college faculty and students, and initial work as an AmeriCorps*VISTA member. Karley holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, a Master’s in Higher Education Administration from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
