Seth Boyd

Seth Boyd has extensive experience in community impact and workforce development. Seth worked as the Director of Community Impact at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, where they managed a grant portfolio and facilitated agency initiatives. Prior to that, Seth served as the Manager of Employer Engagement at Commonwealth Corporation, promoting career pathways for youth and adults in Massachusetts. Seth has also held roles such as Community Services Administrator at the Massachusetts Bar Association, Business Liaison/Career Counselor at the City of Cambridge, and Staffing Consultant at The Wilmark Group. Seth began their career as an Account Manager at Lifeline Systems, where they excelled in B2B sales and managed a team of tele-sales representatives.

Seth Boyd holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
