Angela Leland

Angel Leland is a seasoned professional with a background in social services and psychology. Currently serving as the Manager of Income Initiatives and Housing Stability at the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas since January 2022, Angel has led efforts to support over 7,000 families through the Dallas Emergency Rental Assistance program and mentored more than 100 social work students. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Instructor utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis at Easterseals, and as an Assistant Preschool Teacher, creating inclusive learning environments for young children. Angel also worked in customer service at Emler Swim School, resolving issues for families and managing schedules, as well as providing personal care to campers with disabilities at Easter Seals Camp Harmon. Angel holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tarleton State University.
