Director, Pathways To Work at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas

Catlin Hale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit leadership and community service initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Career Pathways at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas since April 2022, Catlin focuses on improving education, income, and health access for North Texans. Previously, Catlin held the position of Director of Career Services at Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc., where a successful digital skills program and partnerships for satellite locations were established. Prior roles include Executive Director at This Side Up Family, Senior Director of Family Services at Interfaith Family Services Dallas, Adult Program Manager at Literacy Achieves, Enrollment Specialist at Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star, and Office and Events Manager at GFM Ministries. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Texas A&M University and a Master of Arts in Global Leadership from Dallas Baptist University, alongside an advanced certification in Teaching English as a Second Language.
