Kelem Butts

Kelem Butts serves as the Vice President of CSR Strategy at United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, focusing on positioning the organization as a vital resource for Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance initiatives in North Texas since 2023. Prior to this role, Kelem Butts accumulated over two decades of experience at AT&T, where responsibilities included directing charitable operations and overseeing the AT&T Aspire philanthropic program, a $100 million initiative focused on enhancing high school success and workforce readiness. Kelem Butts also held roles in sustainability operations and product marketing, alongside earlier positions at companies such as Mallinckrodt Medical, Bank One, and Procter & Gamble, contributing expertise in sales, strategy development, and community engagement. Kelem Butts holds a BA in American Studies from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas.
