Michelle Fan

Michelle F. is currently serving as a MFT Practicum Trainee at Ronald McDonald House Charities Bay Area, focusing on Family Support Services while pursuing a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling at Alliant International University. Michelle has extensive experience in mental health and counseling, including roles as a Lead Milieu Counselor/Behavior Specialist at LGTC Group, a Bilingual Crisis Hotline Counselor for Crisis Text Line, and a Residential Service Coordinator at LifeMoves. Previous experiences include research in memory and learning at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and involvement in youth mental health advocacy through the Jóvenes SANOS Internship with United Way of Santa Cruz County. Michelle's educational background includes dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Intensive Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
