Neil Dibiase

Neil DiBiase is the Chief Strategy Officer at United Way of Southwestern Pennsylvania, directing and coordinating organizational planning efforts. Previously, Neil held positions at the U.S. Department of State, including Advisor in the Office of the Special Envoy for the Human Rights of LGBTI Persons and Political Officer at the U.S. Mission to the United Nations. Neil is a Tufts University graduate with a BA in History.
