Rica Keith

Rica Keith has extensive experience in community outreach and diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as a Specialist at United Way of Summit & Medina since March 2022. Prior roles include a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Key Realty LTD and Keller Williams Elevate, as well as a Talent Development Program Coordinator and Employee Involvement Coordinator at Akron Children's Hospital. Previous experience also encompasses a position as a Durable Medical Equipment Specialist at Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center. Rica holds an Associate's degree of Applied Science and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at The University of Akron, with additional education in Massage Therapy from The Ohio College of Massotherapy and business studies at Hondros College of Business.
