Jennifer Strand

Jennifer Strand currently serves as Vice President of Research and Innovation at United Way of Tarrant County since November 2025. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Research and Analytics, Director of Research and Evaluation, and Manager of Evaluation and Design at Catholic Charities Fort Worth from September 2018 to November 2025. Jennifer also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at The University of Texas at Arlington from August 2018 to December 2021 and worked as an Associate Consultant at Leadership Worth Following, LLC in 2014. Jennifer holds a PhD in Research and Experimental Psychology and a Master of Science in Health and Neuroscience Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Texas Tech University.
