Morgan Holmgren

Morgan Holmgren is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in research and evaluation. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Research and Evaluation at the United Way of the Columbia-Willamette since February 2022, Morgan manages project processes for evaluating federal grant programs, including survey collection from communities and schools. Previous roles include Researcher at Education Northwest, where Morgan conducted both quantitative and qualitative research and led various projects, and Senior Data Analyst/Statistician at the Colorado Department of Education, responsible for data management and policy analysis. With advanced degrees in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and Western Washington University, Morgan's expertise spans data analysis, program evaluation, and educational policy.
