Lauren Shanahan

Lauren Shanahan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in resource development and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as AVP, Strategic Initiatives at United Way of the Greater Lehigh Valley since March 2019, Lauren has previously held key roles such as Associate Vice President, Resource Development. Notable past positions include Senior Major Gifts Officer at Ursinus College, Director of Major Gifts at Lehigh Valley Health Network, and Director of The Fund for Albright at Albright College, where Lauren successfully developed strategies to achieve a $1.2 million annual fund goal.
