Lauren Kimball, MS, MPA, currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Senior Director of Community Impact and Analytics at United Way of the Midlands, where responsibilities include advancing data-driven decision-making and leading transformative initiatives in strategic planning and community investment. With extensive experience in nonprofit management, Lauren has previously held roles such as Director of Learning and Performance, Director of Grant Development, and Director of Community Engagement at United Way of the Midlands. As an independent consultant, Lauren advises nonprofits and corporate foundations on data-driven strategies. Other notable positions include Director of Operations at Alliance for Women and Children and Director of Development and Communications at United Way of Abilene. Lauren's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Northwestern University and two Master's degrees, one from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and another also from Northwestern University.
