Senior Director, Financial Wellness Initiatives at United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona

Lisa Floran is an experienced professional in the field of community development and financial wellness, currently serving as Senior Director of Financial Wellness Initiatives at United Way of Tucson and Southern Arizona since September 2018. In this role, Lisa leads grant programs and projects focused on economic mobility, housing stability, and homelessness. Prior to this position, Lisa held various roles at the University of Arizona, City of Tucson, and Pima Prevention Partnership, engaging in community development, policy research, and youth wellness. Lisa's earlier experience includes program management at Get IN Chicago, Heartland Health Outreach, Inc., and Plan International, as well as educational initiatives while serving as a Preventive Health Educator in the Peace Corps.
