Bethany Broom-Dombrowski is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and program management. Currently serving as the VITA Site Coordinator at United Way since October 2021, Bethany previously worked as an English Second Language Teacher at VIPKid from January 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities included preparing comprehensive course materials and customizing plans for students. As the Director at Portland Church of the Nazarene Child Development Center from June 2015 to September 2018, Bethany developed operating policies in compliance with state regulations and managed budgeting needs.
