United Way
Bridie Johnson is the Senior Director of Enhanced Care Management at United Way since January 2024, leading the development of ECM programming across five counties in Capitol Region California, including program oversight, funding management, and care coordination for at-risk youth. Bridie has also worked as a Change Agent at Natural Change Impressions since March 2020 and as the Senior Director of Behavioral Health Services for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless from July 2021 to August 2024. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty at Saginaw Valley State University, ACT, MH, and SUD Program Supervisor at All Well-Being Services, Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor at American Indian Health & Family Services, and various supervisory positions in youth programs. Bridie holds an Integrated Care Certificate from the University of Michigan, an MSW from Wayne State University, a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Saginaw Valley State University, and an Associate's Degree from Delta College.
