Tricia Bigaouette

Tricia Bigaouette, MPA, currently serves as the Vice President of Finance and Administration at United Way since November 2023. Previously, Tricia held various positions at Central MN Jobs & Training Services from March 2007 to November 2023, including Director of Finance, where responsibilities included managing a budget of over 10 million dollars and creating an analytical framework for financial growth. Additional experience includes roles as Accounting Supervisor and Staffing Manager at Robert Half Finance & Accounting, Financial Analyst at Cellular One, and Assistant Controller at Paisley Park. Tricia's education includes a Master's degree and a Certificate in Economic Development from Hamline University, a Mini MBA Certificate from the University of St. Thomas, a Bachelor's degree in Management from The College of St. Scholastica, and an Associate degree in Accounting from the Academy of Accountancy.
